Basic Coach Coverage
A value-priced alternative that protects the coach components of your unit.

Water Heater
Burner assembly, tank, thermostat, thermocouple, gas valve, electronic ignition assembly, and P.C. Board.

Waste System
Shower; toilet (no electrical); sink(s); holding tanks; gate valves; and connections.

Fresh Water System
Water pump; compressor; water tank; water lines; traps; fittings and faucets.

Air Conditioning/Ventilation
Compressors; evaporator; capacitors; relays; thermostat; condenser and ventilation fans for roof mounted air conditioning systems only.

Range and Oven
Burner assembly; thermostat; burner valves; power hood and P.C. Board.

L.P. Gas System
Regulators; mounting brackets; pigtails; gas lines and fittings.

Heating System
Furnace ignitor; burner assembly; thermostat; blower motor and P.C. Board.

Refrigerators
Thermostat; cooling unit burner assembly; ignitor and P.C. Board.

Brake Systems
Drums; master cylinder; hydraulic or electrical brake actuators; and backing plates.

Suspension
Wheel bearings, coil and leaf springs; spindles and axle shafts.

Seals and Gaskets (new units only – for used units, option must be purchased)
All seals, gaskets and sealing boots are covered for all components covered by your plan.

Auxiliary Power Plant and Power Step
All internally lubricated parts of the powerplant engine; starter; switches; and generator assembly; power converter and P.C. Board. Head and/or cylinder block if damaged by the failure of an internally lubricated part. Power Steps: Power step system.

Optional Coverage

1. Options that can be added for an additional surcharge:
1. Deluxe Appliances Package – Rear monitor system; icemaker; freezer; dishwasher; washer/dryer (excluding belts and hoses); trash compactor; central vacuum cleaner system; external barbecue; kitchen center. (If factory installed; or if dealer installed and meets all manufacturer specifications.) Spot light system; carbon monoxide/smoke detector; alarm sensors; garbage disposal; electronic/remote entrance; thermometer; compass; central locking system; awning mechanism (excluding cover); door hinges and lock; interior/exterior light fixtures (excluding bulbs); electrical outlets.
2. Leveling Jack System – Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic. Coach levelling system. Note: coverage is only available for parts which are factory installed or factory approved dealer installed.
3. Slide Out Room(s) – Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic. Slide out room extension system(s). Raised roof extension system.
4. Commercial Use – Commercial use coverage means only daily, weekly, or monthly rentals, short term (12 months or less) lease or primarily used for business purposes, e.g., a travelling salesperson. (Coverage does not include taxi, shuttle, delivery services, principally used off road, or hauling.)
5. Audio/Video (new units only) – TV (27” or less); antenna motors; VCR/VCP; rear stereo system (excluding speakers).
6. $450 Optional Towing – Increases towing and road service limit from $300 to $450, regardless of failure.
7. Seals and Gaskets (used units only) – Provides seals, gaskets and sealing boots coverage on used units for all components covered by your plan.
8. Conversion Package – Secondary air conditioning, evaporator, expansion valve, blower fan motor, control switch. Power captain chairs and sofa bed, motors, switches and transmissions. Electronic entertainment, rear compact disc player, rear audio system (excluding speakers), televisions (limit two), video cassette player, electronic video game (coverage for all electronic components are limited to base units only). There is no coverage for remote controls, wiring, cassettes or game cartridges. Component replacements are limited to one occurrence. Exterior fixtures: roof ladder, roof storage rack, metal or fibreglass spare tire cover. (All components must have been installed in your vehicle by a licensed conversion company.) Damage from dust, dirt or contaminants are excluded.
9. Global Positioning Systems (GPS) – Covers a breakdown of (GPS) hardware and/or software, which prevents this component from performing its intended function. Coverage applies to factory installed Global Positioning Systems only.
10. Service Call – In the event of a covered mechanical breakdown, we will pay for service call or road service expenses up to a maximum of seventy-five dollars ($75) per occurrence additional to normal parts and labour charges.

Plan Benefits
These additional benefits are included with every Platinum or Coach coverage. It all adds up to peace of mind… for just pennies per day. Additional benefits included:

• Trip Interruption – In the event of an eligible breakdown, we will provide up to a maximum of three days expenses for meals and lodging (hotel/motel) (maximum $100 per day).
• Towing and Road Service – In the event of an eligible breakdown, we will reimburse you to $300 for towing changes and/or emergency road service labor. This benefit can be upgraded, see “Optional Coverage”.
• Food Spoilage – In the event of an eligible breakdown of a refrigerator or freezer component, we will reimburse you up to $75 for actual food and beverage spoilage expenses.
• Fuel/L.P. Gas – If your vehicle breaks down due to an eligible fuel tank failure or requires fuel to be drained due to a failed eligible breakdown, we will reimburse you up to $50 for fuel and/or L.P. gas replacement.
• Manufacturer’s Deductible – In the event of an eligible breakdown, we will reimburse you for the deductible that the manufacturer charges, up to $100.
